RN ICU Resource Float Pool

UCHealth seeks an experienced RN for our ICU Resource Float Pool. In this role, you’ll deliver advanced, patient-centered critical care across multiple intensive care units within our Colorado-based, nonprofit system. You will manage complex, high-acuity patients, including ventilator and drip management, rapid assessments, and emergency responses. You’ll collaborate closely with a diverse interdisciplinary team, support quality and safety initiatives, and adapt to varied ICU settings.
