MCC is seeking Maintenance Technicians to support a growing manufacturing operation. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment and facility systems to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations in a multi-shift environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and perform emergency and unscheduled repairs on production equipment to minimize downtime
- Complete scheduled preventive maintenance and mechanical service on production machines in a multi-shift environment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Maintain electrical schematics, instrumentation, and calibration documentation
- Support operational excellence initiatives by applying Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles
- Perform facility maintenance and repair activities as needed
- Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of hands-on experience supporting electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics; vocational or technical maintenance training preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess equipment performance and implement process improvements
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with operating systems used in a manufacturing setting
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-shift environment while managing multiple priorities
- Must meet physical demands of the role, including frequent walking, standing, bending, reaching, stooping, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
