Lead Sonographer

As a Lead Sonographer at Wellstar, you will provide expert diagnostic ultrasound services while guiding a team of sonographers in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. You’ll perform and oversee complex exams, ensure optimal image quality, and uphold safety and regulatory standards. Partnering closely with radiologists and providers, you’ll support accurate clinical decision-making and compassionate patient care. This role includes mentoring staff, supporting protocol and quality improvement initiatives, and contributing to education and career development across Wellstar’s diverse care settings.
