Job Details

Shift Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week

Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; 1+ Year of Outpatient Clinical Experience; CPR Certification; active/applicable license for the State of New Jersey; no prior assignment with the agency or organization required but highly desired; previous assignment with the organization is a plus

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in outpatient orthopedics and familiarity with current treatment modalities

Additional Information: Evaluates all assigned patients and develops, implements, and modifies treatment plans in accordance with patients' needs, goals, and physician directives. Responsible for documentation, goal setting, and ensuring care aligns with signed, valid physician orders. Participates in student programs, maintains professional licensure in good standing, and adheres to organizational performance improvement initiatives.
