The position is located at our Food Manufacturing Facility in Wisconsin Rapids, WI

A Day in the Life of a Production Resource:

  • Develop basic competencies of the production equipment within a reasonable amount of time.
  • Acquire knowledge and operation procedures, in regards to various elements of the Plant’s sanitation system and foamers.
  • Stage barrels, lids, liners, rims within the drum fill line and assist with the processes of drumming-off finished product.
  • Adhere to all Plant Safety, GMP’s and Operating guidelines and rules.
  • Display willingness and capability to learn sufficient operations of other plant equipment in order to provide relief of designated operations.
  • Ability to perform responsibilities for a 12 hour shift, and assist on other shifts as assigned.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Must have acquired a high school diploma or equivalency.  
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. 
  • Ability to write simple correspondence.
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
  • Ability to add and subtract, multiply and divide. 
  • Ability to perform these operations using units, weight measurement, volume and distance.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.  
  • Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
