LifePoint Health is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to provide evidence-based rehabilitation services in our community-focused Healthcare & Medical Services department. You will evaluate patients, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to improve mobility, function, and quality of life. In our collaborative, patient-centered culture, you will educate patients and families, support community health initiatives, and contribute to a healthier, non-urban community through high-quality, outcome-driven care.
