Encompass Health seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide evidence-based rehabilitation for patients recovering from major illness and injury. In this role, you will evaluate functional limitations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions focused on mobility, strength, and independence. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and contribute to discharge planning.
