Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- ID Physical Therapist license required to start
- Physical Therapist certification required to start
- CPR (Basic) required to start
- Completed Orientation Documents required
