Full job description

Our construction client is looking for an Assistant Construction Superintendent to oversee their multifamily and senior living projects in the Walnut Creek area.

Assistant Construction Assistant Superintendent Responsibilities:

Provide assistance with preparation of daily reports documenting the job site progress
Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, clients, designers, consultants, and the surrounding community
Assist with QA/QC for the project
Demonstrate commitment to an Injury-Free Environment and administer Environmental, Health and Safety Management Program

Assistant Construction Assistant Superintendent Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or equivalent/applicable degree
3+ years experience on construction projects
Ground up multifamily and or senior living experience required

Assistant Construction Assistant Superintendent Benefits:

Salary: $140-160K
