VitalCaring is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to home health and hospice patients. Working under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, you will provide therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and functional interventions to help patients regain independence, manage chronic conditions, and maintain safety at home. You’ll document progress, educate patients and caregivers, and collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team.
