Automotive Diagnostic Technician | $33.80+/HR + Bonus | $100K–$150K+
Super Service
Location: Aliso Viejo, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM–5:30 PM | Saturday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $33.80+/hour base + bonus
Pay Type: Hourly + Bonus
Pay Schedule: Weekly
Earning Potential: $100,000–$150,000+ annually

About Super Service
Super Service is seeking an experienced Automotive Diagnostic Technician in Aliso Viejo, CA who wants advanced diagnostic work, strong vehicle volume, and production-based earning potential.
The shop services 100+ vehicles per week and provides a structured environment with advanced diagnostic, ADAS, and alignment equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced automotive diagnostics, including electrical and drivability diagnostics
- Diagnose vehicle concerns using automotive diagnostic tools and equipment
- Complete automotive repairs efficiently and accurately
- Maintain quality workmanship in a high-volume environment
- Maintain 100%+ production output
- Support an efficient, production-focused shop workflow
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience working at an A-Level Automotive Technician skill level
- Strong electrical and drivability diagnostic skills
- Proven ability to maintain consistent production
- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume automotive repair environment
- Own professional automotive tools
- ASE Certifications preferred
- High-volume shop experience preferred
