As a Workplace Mental Health Consultant, you will serve as a deeply embedded clinical
partner within Citi, a global financial services leader. This is a unique opportunity to move
beyond the isolation of traditional private practice and join an onsite team of dedicated
clinicians. In this collaborative environment, you’ll provide a full spectrum of support, from
individual therapy and team trainings to strategic consultations for People Leaders and
critical incident response. Reporting to a Spring Health Clinical Manager, you will leverage a
rare, team-based approach to drive mental health strategy across a high-performing
workforce.


What you’ll be doing:
● Provide consultation and support to managers, people teams, and members that
enhances employee wellbeing and workplace effectiveness onsite at the customer
location in New York, NY Wed/ Thurs 8:30-5 EST onsite and Tues 8:30a-12:30a EST remote. Schedule flexibility may be possible (must be in business hours/days)
● Offer strategic consultations to C-Suite leaders, executive leaders, people leaders,
and human resources partners to enhance employee wellbeing and workplace
effectiveness.
● Coordinate and deliver critical incident response support, small-group leadership
discussions, and tailored mental health trainings or presentations for executive
audiences.

● Collaborate within a unique clinical team of onsite providers through regular team
touchpoints to discuss best practices, navigate complex organizational cases, and
share collective expertise.

● Assess for risk and manage organizational crises by providing in-the-moment
support, triage, and safety planning
● Develop an expert-level understanding of the internal benefit ecosystem to provide
seamless resource navigation and referrals for members
● Proactively build trusting relationships with local stakeholders to execute tailored
mental health action plans for your specific site
● Monitor workplace data and trends to identify strategic insights and recommend
targeted mental health interventions
● Represent the program at benefit promotion events to increase awareness and
engagement across the organization
● Manage the formal referral process for employees according to established
guidelines to ensure appropriate placement and care
● Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation while following all policies
regarding confidentiality and ethical standards
● Identify and resolve barriers to care to ensure a frictionless experience for all
members
● Participate in regular case reviews and internal clinical meetings to ensure a unified
approach to care delivery
● Communicate regularly with local points of contact to identify and escalate site
needs to the broader clinical leadership team
What we expect from you:
● You have an unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy in NY and NJ (CT is a
plus) (Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, etc.). We are not able to accept
applications from anyone requiring licensed supervision.
● You have a minimum of 5 years of post-graduate experience with at least 1 year
experience as an independently licensed clinician.
● You have training and experience delivering management consultation, critical
incident response, and executive-level presentations to C-Suite and senior leaders,
with comfort facilitating groups of 5 to 500 in person or virtually.

● You demonstrate a strong track record supporting C-Suite leaders, executive
leaders, and high-performing professionals navigating organizational change,
strategic pressure, and complex stakeholder dynamics.
● You bring executive coaching skills while maintaining a strong clinical lens,
trusted-advisor presence, and strong 1:1 counseling skills for C-Suite and
executive-level members.
● You facilitate creative, agile, and relatable trainings and leadership discussions on
psychological safety, resilience, leadership effectiveness, and performance
sustainability.
● Occasional off-site travel to local Westchester, NY campus to facilitate on-site
executive presentations, as required.
● You have strong technology proficiency and telehealth competency, with experience
using Zendesk, Slack, Google Suite products, and related platforms.
● You have training and experience in evidence-based modalities of care, including
short-term, solution-focused therapy.
● You are comfortable with providing safety planning and intervention during
situations where a client might present with higher risks.
● You are committed to high-quality documentation of service delivery that is
completed in a timely manner.
● You like working independently, but would also enjoy having the support of a team
and opportunities for connection and collaboration with other providers and our
master’s level clinical care navigators.
● You acknowledge and embrace diversity and inclusion amongst teams and clients.
● You are required to have at-home WiFi and a personal device that connects to WiFi
to support the need for 2FA set up.
● You identify and elevate cross-functional themes that may impact culture, morale, or
productivity, and proactively recommend appropriate interventions.
● You maintain a strong onsite presence and accessibility to reduce stigma and
encourage early help-seeking behavior.
● You confidently support managers overseeing teams with practical guidance on
morale, burnout, and performance-related stress.
● You recognize and address compassion fatigue, secondary trauma, and emotional
exhaustion common in high-demand, customer-facing roles.
● You provide de-escalation support during high-stress incidents and deliver
stabilization guidance during peak demand periods.

The target hourly, part time range for this position is $100-$117 per hour. Individual pay may
vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location,

internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and
compensation programs annually at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
