AAMCO of Willoughby is seeking an experienced A-Level Automotive Technician who can diagnose, repair, and produce at a high level. This is a true production role—not a support position.

Our shop stays busy, providing consistent workflow and the opportunity for top technicians to flag 40–50+ hours weekly while earning six figures.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose drivability, electrical, and mechanical issues
• Complete repairs from start to finish
• Work on Domestic, Asian, and European vehicles
• Utilize modern diagnostic equipment and technology
• Deliver quality work efficiently and independently

What We're Looking For

Required:

• 6+ years of automotive repair experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
• Flat-rate production experience
• Ability to work independently and efficiently

Preferred:

• ASE Certifications
• Advanced electrical and drivability diagnostics
