Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Assist customers in identifying their needs and recommending suitable products.
• Maintain store appearance and ensure products are well-stocked and properly displayed.
• Stay informed about the latest product information and features.
• Accurately describe product benefits and features to customers.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in retail, sales, or customer service preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to take constructive feedback and apply it effectively.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation required for on-site work.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Motivated and goal-oriented with a competitive spirit.
• Team player with a positive attitude and high level of integrity.
• Ability to multitask effectively.
