Our client, is seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance Engineer to join their team. You will be part of the Engineers supporting, Maintenance and repairs on industrial type equipment. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years industrial equipment repair technician skills. This will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title:Manufacturing Maintenance Engineer

Location: Landover, Maryland- 4am- 12pm shift, Tues & Wed off

Pay Range: $43.35/hr - DIRECT HIRE

What’s the Job?

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance tasks to support the efficient and safe operation of equipment and systems in a dairy manufacturing plant. This role ensures all production, processing, packaging, and utility systems function reliably, with a strong focus on preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment repairs.

• Must supply own tools
• Holiday and Weekend rotation amongst other maintenance workers
• Panel Interviews onsite between 10am-1pm.
• 250,000 sq. foot facility
• 5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in a food, beverage, or dairy processing environment.
• Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration systems required.
• Familiarity with welding, fabrication, plumbing, and HVAC is a plus.
• High school diploma or GED
