About the Position

TransForce is seeking a CDL A driver to support local operations based in Detroit, MI. This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.

Pay & Schedule Details

• Pay: $24 Per hour + OT after 40 hours
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, Saturday as needed, 4 PM start time

Job Details

• Route Type: Local

• Equipment: May be Manual Transmission
• Handling: No touch, drivers are required to chain and secure loads prior to transport

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate CDL A equipment on local routes
• Transport CDL A equipment in accordance with DOT and company safety standards
• Perform required handling tasks
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
• Meet the physical demands of the role

Minimum Requirements

• License: CDL A
• Experience: 3+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
• Endorsements: No Auto Restrictions
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
