Hasana, Inc. is seeking talented students in the Chicago Loop area for
a variety of spring internship positions. Take advantage of on the
job training, mentorship and exposure to all aspects of the fashion
industry.

Please note that this is an unpaid internship.
• Organize and implement training programs, presentations, and workshops for volunteers/interns.
• Use creativity in designing training procedures.
• Assess training needs of volunteers/interns and formulate appropriate training plans in accordance with these needs.
• Evaluate effectiveness of training.
• Consult with other Board members and report training plans and results.
• Coordinate with training volunteer/interns to design and implement training.
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or another related field.
• Experience working in a nonprofit organization.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Comfortable with public speaking.
• Good management skills
• Passion for women’s education and economic opportunities.
