Salary: $170,000 - $230,000 per year
A bit about us:
We are a premier behavioral health organization providing psychiatric care across outpatient, inpatient, and integrated behavioral health settings.
Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners may build a practice focused on outpatient care, inpatient treatment, or a combination of both. Depending on the clinical program and patient needs, potential hybrid flexibility may also be available.
You will work alongside psychiatrists, therapists, psychologists, social workers, nursing professionals, care coordinators, and administrative support teams. The goal is not to hand you an impossible patient schedule, point toward the EHR, and wish you luck. The goal is to create the support structure required for thoughtful, sustainable psychiatric care.
You became a PMHNP to evaluate patients, understand complex conditions, and improve lives—not to become a prescription conveyor belt with an overflowing inbox.
If you still love behavioral health but no longer love the way your current organization asks you to practice it, this opportunity may be worth exploring.
Why join us?
• Choose the setting that fits you best, with outpatient, inpatient, or blended psychiatric practice opportunities
• Potential hybrid flexibility for follow-up visits, medication management, consultations, and other responsibilities that can be completed effectively through telepsychiatry
• A clinical model that respects your judgment, allowing treatment decisions to be based on patient needs rather than rigid protocols or rushed calendars
• Protected administrative time to complete documentation, review records, coordinate care, and respond to clinical needs without routinely sacrificing your evenings
• Strong psychiatrist collaboration and clinical support, giving you access to experienced physicians when cases require consultation or a higher level of complexity
• A multidisciplinary treatment team, including therapists, psychologists, social workers, nurses, and care coordinators who help address the patient’s broader needs
• Reasonable scheduling designed around quality care, not an endless effort to fit one more medication check into the day
• The ability to shape your practice around preferred patient populations, psychiatric conditions, clinical settings, and areas of interest
• Administrative support for scheduling, referrals, authorizations, and routine operational needs, allowing you to spend more time practicing and less time chasing paperwork
• Collaborative treatment planning rather than being left alone to manage every clinical, social, and operational challenge surrounding the patient
• Leadership and advancement opportunities in clinical supervision, program development, education, quality initiatives, and behavioral health operations
• A stable behavioral health platform with resources to support clinicians, improve access to care, and develop programs thoughtfully
• A comprehensive benefits package designed to support your health, financial security, professional development, and time away from work
• Meaningful psychiatric work without making burnout part of the job description
Maybe you have accepted that being a PMHNP means rushed medication visits, unrealistic productivity expectations, limited physician access, and documentation that waits for you at home.
It does not have to.
Your current position may be familiar. But does it give you the autonomy, support, compensation, flexibility, and clinical resources that should come with your level of responsibility?
