We are seeking a driven and talented Executive Kitchen Manager for a new full-service restaurant opening in New York, NY.

Executive Kitchen Manager Benefits:

Executive Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, motivate and develop the BOH team
  • Effectively manage food and labor costs, full financial responsibility
  • Maintain the highest standards for health and sanitation
  • Be able to execute a high level of food quality in a high-volume environment

Executive Kitchen Manager Qualifications:

  • At least 4+ years as an Executive Kitchen Manager in a full-service, high-volume restaurant.
  • Should have strong corporate restaurant systems experience
  • Excellent communication skills and strong leadership ability
  • Experience with $8M sales volume or higher
  • Experience with new restaurant openings a plus!
  • Strong financial skillset, ability to run highly efficient BOH operations
