Position Highlights:

• Provide strategic and clinical leadership for cardiothoracic and cardiovascular surgical services
• Lead growth initiatives in thoracic oncology, lung nodule evaluation, and comprehensive surgical care pathways
• Advance minimally invasive and robotic surgical capabilities
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care
• Drive quality improvement, patient safety, and operational performance initiatives
• Support research, surgical education, and academic engagement
