What You'll Do

As an Entry-Level Automotive Technician, you'll play an important role in keeping our shop running efficiently while learning from experienced professionals.

Responsibilities include:

  • Perform oil changes and routine maintenance
  • Rotate tires and repair flat tires
  • Mount and balance tires
  • Replace air filters, cabin filters, wiper blades, and light bulbs
  • Check and top off vehicle fluids
  • Perform vehicle inspections
  • Assist technicians with vehicle preparation and basic repairs
  • Complete accurate service documentation

Shop Maintenance Responsibilities

  • Sweep and mop shop floors
  • Empty shop trash
  • Clean and organize work areas, toolboxes, and equipment
  • Keep service bays clean and safe
  • Maintain lifts, equipment, and service tools
  • Clean spills immediately and follow OSHA safety standards

During Slower Periods You'll Help With

  • Organizing scrap metal and recycling
  • Organizing tire storage areas
  • Cleaning and inspecting shop equipment
  • Shop improvement projects
  • Parking lot maintenance
  • Assisting technicians and service advisors
  • Additional tasks assigned by management

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles
  • Basic mechanical knowledge preferred
  • Able to lift up to 75 pounds

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Reliable with excellent attendance
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
