Full job description

MENTOR Adult Day Health, a member of the Sevita family, provides day programs for elders with complex medical or rehabilitative needs. This allows seniors to obtain quality healthcare while remaining active and involved in the community and continuing to live in their own homes. Our programs are staffed with qualified, experienced licensed nurses and caregivers who are trained to provide individual assistance to each person we serve.

About the Position

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Program Administration Associate to help keep our Adult Day Health Center running smoothly.

You’ll work with participants, families, and staff while providing daily office and administrative support.

What You’ll Do

  • Maintain participant records and paperwork.
  • Track attendance and meal counts.
  • Help coordinate transportation.
  • Answer phones and greet participants, families, and visitors.
  • File and organize documents.
  • Assist with scanning, copying, faxing, and other office tasks.
  • Help with daily office operations.
  • Protect participant information and maintain confidentiality.
  • Work as part of a supportive team.

What You Need

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Mandarin and English bilingual preferred.
  • Basic computer and data entry skills.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Reliable and able to multitask.
  • Friendly and caring attitude.
