  • Monitor office inventory and order supplies, snacks, beverages, and equipment within budget.

  • Keep our plants alive!

  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related inquiries, visitors, and building management.

  • Assist with team onboarding (setting up desks, order keycards, welcoming new hires).

  • Help with internal team events, lunches, happy hours, anniversaries and holiday celebrations.

  • Support leadership on ad hoc special projects .

Qualifications & Skills

  • Organization: Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize competing tasks independently.

  • Communication: Clear, friendly, and professional verbal and written communication skills.

  • Tech-Savvy: Tech-comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and expense/ordering platforms.

  • Proactive Mindset: Self-starter who notices what needs to be done without waiting to be asked.

  • Physical Requirement: Ability to lift up to 25 lbs (e.g., packages, catering trays, stock supplies) and remain on your feet as needed.
