Position Title: Financial & Budget Management Analyst (Expert)
Location:  Fort Belvoir, VA
Clearance Required: Active TS/SCI 

Position Summary

Serves as a senior financial advisor supporting strategic budget planning, congressional justification development, affordability assessments, PPBE execution, and portfolio-level resource management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support NGA mission objectives and program execution.
  • Develop analyses, reports, briefings, and recommendations.
  • Coordinate across stakeholders, program offices, and leadership.
  • Support compliance with NGA, DoD, and Intelligence Community requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum 12 years of relevant experience.
  • Expert-level experience in the functional discipline.

Desired Qualifications

  • NGA experience.
  • Relevant professional certifications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
