No call, no nights, no weekends
1 - 5 cases per day
Scheduled rooms only -- no trauma
ASA 1 - 3 primarily; occasional ASA 4 (scheduled)
Case mix: ortho, plastics, robotics, urology, gyn-onc, general surgery
No OB, cardiac, pediatrics, blocks/regional, thoracic, or complex vascular
Spine experience preferred
Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
Assignment details and time entry in online portal
