We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to join our team. This is a hybrid position, offering the flexibility to work both remotely and in-office. Job Details

Responsibilities:

As a Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

1. Assisting attorneys in the preparation and filing of pleadings, motions, and briefs.
2. Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents.
3. Managing case files and maintaining case calendars.
4. Preparing for and attending hearings, depositions, and trials.
5. Preparing trial notebooks and exhibits.
6. Summarizing depositions, medical records, and other discovery materials.
7. Coordinating with medical providers, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel.
8. Assisting attorneys with law and motion practice.
9. Assisting in the preparation of case settlements and trial preparations.
10. Performing administrative duties such as docketing, filing, and scheduling.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal position will possess the following qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
2. A minimum of 3 years of personal injury litigation experience.
3. Experience with depositions, hearings, legal writing, legal research, docketing, law and motion practice, pleadings, and calendaring.
4. Experience in preparing hearings, medical, and trial notebooks.
5. Strong knowledge of personal injury law and criminal defense.
6. Ability to summarize depositions and testimony effectively.
7. Excellent organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
8. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
10. Proficiency in using legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
11. Paralegal certificate is a plus.
