Full job description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Perform all job duties in a safe and responsible manner, following all company safety policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Perform basic maintenance and repairs on production machinery, including Injection Molding Machines (IMM) and CNC equipment.
  • Perform preventive maintenance (PM) on production machinery and facility equipment as scheduled or required.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair basic mechanical and electrical issues on production equipment and facility systems.
  • Assist with basic facility maintenance and repairs as needed.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and report equipment issues to supervisors.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Education
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in manufacturing.
  • Basic mechanical and electrical skill set.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude required for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing production equipment and facility systems.
  • Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
  • Ability to read and follow maintenance procedures, work instructions, and safety policies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb, and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment around operating machinery.
  • Ability to respond to maintenance needs in a timely manner while following all safety requirements.
