JSN Auto is seeking an experienced A-Level or B-Level Automotive Technician in Sarasota, FL, offering $25–$50 per billed hour with up to $120,000+ stated annual earning potential. This Monday–Friday flat-rate opportunity provides consistent workflow, modern diagnostic technology, paid training, and weekends off. Technicians work on Domestic, Asian, and light-duty European vehicles with an established team at a family-owned automotive repair business serving Sarasota since 1997.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical vehicle concerns
• Repair Domestic, Asian, and light-duty European vehicles
• Perform automotive maintenance and repair services
• Complete vehicle inspections and document findings
• Use diagnostic equipment to identify vehicle concerns
• Collaborate with Service Advisors and fellow technicians
• Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional automotive repair experience
• A-Level or B-Level automotive repair skill set
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to perform repairs independently
• ASE Certifications preferred but not required
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
