A respected, chef-driven restaurant group is seeking a talented Sous Chef to join its culinary team. This is an opportunity for a true culinarian who takes pride in technique, ingredients, execution, and continuing to grow as a chef.

Sous Chef Compensation & Benefits

• $60,000-$70,000 base salary

Sous Chef Qualifications / Responsibilities

• Sous Chef or comparable culinary leadership experience

• Strong background in upscale, chef-driven, or fine-dining restaurants

• Strong scratch cooking, knife skills, and overall culinary technique

• Hands-on experience with proteins, sauces, stocks, vegetables, and composed dishes

• Maintain high standards for food quality, consistency, and presentation

• Lead and develop cooks while maintaining a strong presence in the kitchen

• Support prep, production, service execution, ordering, inventory, and food cost controls

• Contribute to menu development, specials, and continued culinary improvement

• Strong food safety and sanitation practices

• Stable employment history with progressive culinary experience
