Cardinal Title Group is accepting resumes for a Settlement Attorney to join our growing Pennsylvania team. The candidate must be able to conduct Real Estate settlements while also effectively performing the job functions outlined below. Job functions include: * Prepare and review deeds, contracts, powers of attorney, trust documents, title abstract reports, and any other legal documents relevant to settlements
* Provide legal advice to real estate agents and their clients, while representing our Title Company
* Lead/teach educational classes relevant to real estate
* Review land records and chain-of-title
* Assist in resolving any title claims
* Assist in various other relevant legal matters Qualifications * Must be a licensed Attorney in Pennsylvania
