The Learning Automations & Systems Specialist is primarily responsible for managing the Learning Team's platforms, data systems, and automations to support scalable learning experiences across Life.Church. This role ensures data accuracy, improves operational efficiency through technology solutions, and provides insights to Learning Team leadership. The Specialist develops and maintains the infrastructure that supports learning initiatives and organizational growth.
The Specialist utilizes their skillset to deliver outcomes that align with the direction of their team to further Life.Church’s mission and to reach people for Christ.
What You'll Do

Skills Needed to Succeed
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to clearly explain technical processes and foster cross-functional partnerships.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn, configure, and manage complex platforms and integrations with minimal guidance.
- Ability to self-motivate, make independent decisions, and solve problems with innovation.
- Ability to identify inefficiencies and build practical solutions through automation, scripting, or tool configuration.
- Strong analytical and data skills; ability to organize, interpret, and communicate engagement data in a clear and actionable way.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for enabling a high-functioning team by removing friction, improving systems, and making the infrastructure invisible.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science or Information Technology preferred.
- Proven experience in platform administration, systems operations, data reporting, or a related technical role.
- 2-3 years of experience with platform administration, systems operations, data reporting AI, or a related technical field.
