We’re hiring a Commercial Electrical Foreman to lead crews on active job sites. If you’ve been a Lead Electrician, Foreman, or Senior Electrician and want to run work, this is your next step.
You’ll be in charge of production, safety, and crew performance on commercial construction projects.
What You’ll Be Doing (Day-to-Day)
Lead a crew of electricians and apprentices on commercial job sites
Read blueprints, electrical drawings, and project specs
Plan daily work and keep projects on schedule
Install electrical systems (conduit, wiring, panels, devices)
Enforce OSHA safety standards and job site safety practices
Coordinate with Project Managers and Superintendents
Troubleshoot issues in the field and keep work moving
What You Need to Qualify
2–5 years of commercial electrical experience
Experience as a Foreman, Lead Electrician, or Crew Lead preferred
High School Diploma or GED required
Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems
Understanding of OSHA regulations and job site safety
Ability to lead a team and communicate clearly

Experience running large commercial projects
Experience mentoring apprentices
Strong layout and planning skills
