About the Shop

The shop is seeking experienced A- and B-Level Automotive Technicians in Fallbrook, CA. Work Monday–Friday with no weekends in a clean, professional 8-bay facility with consistent hours, strong pay, and a team-oriented environment. The vehicle mix is approximately 70% Asian and Domestic, 20% European, and 10% Diesel.

Technician Levels

B-Level Technician | $35–$40/HR

• 3+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
• Brakes, suspension, maintenance, and light engine repair.
• Developing diagnostic skills with a desire to advance.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and consistent.

A-Level Technician | $45–$60/HR

• 7+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
• Advanced diagnostics and electrical troubleshooting.
• Timing chains, cylinder heads, drivability, and complex repairs.
• Able to consistently flag 35–45+ hours per week.

Qualifications

• Professional automotive repair experience appropriate to the technician level.
• Clear communication and attention to quality.
• Reliable and consistent work habits.
• Ability to contribute positively within a team environment.
