Webco Manufacturing is seeking a Senior MIG Welder/Fabricator to join our precision sheet metal team in Alto, GA. In this role, you will perform advanced MIG welding, fabrication, layout, and assembly of custom metal components to tight tolerances. You will read and interpret blueprints, operate fabrication equipment, inspect weld quality, and support continuous improvement and safety initiatives. As a senior team member, you will help mentor other welders and collaborate closely with engineering and production to deliver high-quality products on schedule.
