Full job description

Physician Practice Enhancement is seeking an experienced Bilingual (Spanish or Portuguese) speaking Internal Med or Family Med Physician position at Renaissance Primary Care, a compassionate, family-friendly medical practice located in Newark. This office is located within a one-stop, multi-specialty medical center right in the Ironbound.

Full or Part Time Position available.

The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive medical care to patients, focusing on preventive care, diagnosis, and treatment of various health conditions. This role requires a commitment to patient-centered care and the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal health outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history and physical examinations.
  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses, providing appropriate treatment plans.
  • Perform immunizations and preventive health screenings for patients of all ages.
  • Provide outpatient care, including triage for urgent health concerns and follow-up appointments.
  • Collaborate with specialists in areas such as cardiology, endocrinology, and bariatrics to coordinate patient care.
  • Educate patients on lifestyle modifications and disease prevention strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
