Family Medicine physician job in Arizona : Great opportunity to join a growing private practice group with Primary Care clinic locations throughout the Phoenix, AZ market - Family Practice or Internal Medicine Physician. Group is growing throughout the Phoenix, AZ market - 8n locations all throughout the metro area - ask for more details on locations available.
~ Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Practice or Internal Medicine
~ Mon-Fri - 40 hours a week - no call or weekends, no hospital responsibilities
~ National well established Primary Care private practice group
~ Will except all levels of experience
~ Value based care model
~17-21 patients per day ramp up
~ Commercial insurance patient population only
~ Spanish preferred but not required
~ Full support staff on site
~ EMR used is eClinicalWorks
~ Generous salary, sign on, performance bonuses paid twice a year, full comprehensive benefits, and more
