<p><b>Exceed your potential with Volt!</b></p> <p><b>Volt is immediately hiring for CNC Operator – 2nd Shift in Chatsworth, CA</b></p> <p><b>As a CNC Operator, you will:</b></p> <ul> <li>Operate CNC milling equipment to manufacture precision metal components.</li> <li>Perform machine setup, testing, and production runs while maintaining quality standards.</li> <li>Use machinist hand tools, gauges, and measuring instruments to verify part accuracy.</li> <li>Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints, including metric and standard measurements.</li> <li>Troubleshoot machining issues and assist with continuous improvement initiatives.</li> <li>Maintain safe and efficient machine operation while meeting production requirements.</li> </ul> <p><b>This is a full-time, contract-to-hire opportunity.</b></p> <p><b>The ideal candidate will have:</b></p> <ul> <li>2–5+ years of CNC machine operating experience.</li> <li>Ability to set up and operate CNC mills.</li> <li>Experience using precision measuring tools and machinist instruments.</li> <li>Strong blueprint reading skills.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Certification in Machine Shop Technology, Machine Tool Technology, or related machinist training.</li> <li>Previous mechanical assembly experience.</li> <li>Familiarity with precision metal part manufacturing processes.</li> </ul> <p><b>Pay Rate: </b>$20.00 - $26.00 per hour</p> <p><b>Shift: Shift: </b>2nd Shift (3:15 PM to 11:45 PM), M- F with overtime on Saturdays from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM.</p> <p>*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.</p> <p>Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
