QCMI is looking for a dependable, hardworking person to help keep our machine shop clean, organized, and running smoothly.

This is a hands-on job where you'll stay active throughout the day. You'll help with cleaning, moving materials, light maintenance, and supporting our production team. No two days are exactly the same.

What You'll Do

• Keep the shop, offices, break room, and restrooms clean.
• Empty trash and help keep work areas organized.
• Clean machined parts.
• Help move materials around the shop.
• Help with light building repairs and maintenance.
• Assist with yard work and keeping the outside of the building clean.
• Use hand tools and power tools.
• Drive a forklift or pallet jack (we'll train you if needed).
• Help different departments when extra help is needed.
• Follow safety rules and help keep everyone working safely.

What We're Looking For

• Reliable and on time
• Positive attitude

• Willing to learn
• Comfortable working on your feet
• Able to work without constant supervision
• Mechanically inclined is a plus
• Forklift experience is a plus, but not required
• Maintenance, landscaping, warehouse, or shop experience is helpful but not required

We'll train the right person.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 45 pounds
• Stand and walk most of the day
• Push, pull, and move materials
• Work inside and outside when needed
• Work overtime when business requires it
