Immigration Attorney Requirements & Qualifications


  • Must have 3-5 years of immigration attorney experience.
  • Highly experienced with removal defense
  • Experience with SIJ cases, VAWA petitions, provisional waivers, U visas, family-based adjustment of status applications, and legal representation at orders of supervision and USCIS interviews.
  • Must be barred in New York
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!
  • Strong understanding of legal processes involving visas and case preparation.
  • Experience managing immigration matters independently.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with partners and clients.
  • Lead and manage immigration matters within the legal firm.
