We are searching for a driven, high-energy Kitchen Manager to join an exciting upscale/fine dining culinary team that is passionate about excellence, innovation, and winning every day.

This is NOT a corporate chain environment. This ownership group thrives on creativity, culinary competitions, elevated hospitality, and constantly evolving experiences. With 30+ onsite events annually and a culture built around energy and growth, this is the perfect opportunity for someone who wants to be challenged, inspired, and part of something special.


Kitchen Manager Qualifications:

• Upscale or fine dining kitchen leadership experience required

• Hands-on leadership style with strong culinary credibility

• Ability to “talk the talk” with highly skilled Executive Chefs

• Strong operational skills including ordering, inventory, vendor relations, and kitchen execution

• Seafood experience strongly preferred

• Competitive, driven mentality with a passion for hospitality and culinary excellence

• Someone who is hungry to grow — not simply going through the motions


Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:

• Leading daily BOH operations in a high-energy scratch kitchen environment

• Supporting food quality, prep execution, line operations, and team development

• Managing ordering, vendors, inventory, and operational flow

• Coaching and developing kitchen teams while maintaining high standards

• Collaborating closely with ownership and Executive Chefs on events and execution

• Helping drive a culture of accountability, teamwork, and excellence


Kitchen Manager Benefits:

• $48K–$52K base salary to start

• 45 hour work week

• Two days off weekly (Mondays always closed)
