Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the embossing and card manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Shoreview, MN

Pay Rate: $20.00/hour

Shift: First Shift (6:30 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday - Friday)
Second Shift (2:30 PM - 10:30 PM, Monday - Friday)

What's the Job?

• Operate embossing production machines to produce credit, debit, and prepaid cards
• Set up, run, and tear down embossing equipment efficiently and accurately
• Perform quality control checks throughout the production process to ensure high standards
• Verify that printed cards and mailers are clear, presentable, and meet client specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cleaning machines at the end of each shift

What's Needed?

• HS/GED Completion
• Experience using a computer for data entry and process documentation
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
• Ability to stand for 95% of your shift and safely lift up to 40 pounds
• Physical ability to reach above shoulders, climb, squat, kneel, and bend frequently
