We are seeking a dynamic, experienced HR Manager for Field Operations to join our thriving construction company. This is a permanent, full-time position that will play a vital role in the overall success of our organization. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, focusing on our field operations. This role will involve working closely with our team to ensure that our company continues to be a great place to work. Responsibilities:

As the HR Manager for Field Operations, you will:

1. Oversee all aspects of talent acquisition, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees.
2. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with current laws and regulations and align with our company’s goals and objectives.
3. Manage performance assessment processes, ensuring that they are fair, consistent, and tied to company objectives.
4. Administer employee benefits programs, including 401K and health insurance enrollment.
5. Provide guidance and support to employees and managers in conflict resolution and change management.
6. Conduct regular compensation and benefits reviews to ensure that our company remains competitive in the market.
7. Collaborate with other departments to drive alignment and foster a positive work environment.
8. Provide training and support to our field operations teams, ensuring that they have the resources they need to succeed.
9. Lead HR projects, such as employee engagement initiatives and diversity and inclusion programs.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the role of HR Manager for Field Operations, you must have:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior HR role, preferably within the construction industry.
2. Proven experience in talent acquisition, performance management, 401K and benefits enrollment, and conflict resolution.
3. In-depth knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
4. Experience in managing field operations.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
6. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
7. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
8. Professional HR certification (such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) is preferred.
