Hybrid model with telehealth and in-person visits to skilled nursing facilities
Regional leadership role supervising nurse practitioners and physician assistants
Facility visits range from monthly to quarterly based on distance and stability
Focus on older adult psychiatric care in skilled nursing and long-term care settings
Conduct psychiatric evaluations, GDR reviews, and crisis consultations
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and case conferences
Primary EMR is Athena with AI documentation tools planned for integration
Board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrists encouraged to apply; geriatric fellowship a plus
