Full job description

**Part Time Openings - All Shifts**

Starting Pay $15 per hour with pay increases every 1,000 hours worked

~Pick your own hours

-8 or 4 hour shifts in a 24/7 operation

Serigraph is looking for part-time workers at both of our locations in West Bend.

Join our Flex team sorting and packaging printed products for our Specialty Division or inspecting and popping out parts for our IG Division. Hours worked are selected from your computer using a scheduling tool.

- Work a minimum of 12 hours a month

- Work no more than 28 hours a week

- Must be at least 16 years of age to apply

- 401K eligible after working 1,000 hours

- Raises after working every 1,000 hours


Flex Responsibilities -

  • Perform hands-on inspection of manufactured products to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications.

  • Remove finished parts from fixtures, molds, or cut sheets as required.

  • Apply adhesives and other materials to components according to established procedures and quality standards.

  • Work independently at an assigned workstation, table, or production booth.

  • Conduct detailed visual inspections, including inspections in enclosed work areas when necessary, to identify defects and maintain quality standards.

  • Work under bright lighting conditions to support inspection accuracy.

  • Perform a variety of finishing and packaging operations, including counting parts, verifying pick ticket quantities, bagging, kitting, packing, boxing, shrink wrapping, and moving materials.

  • Ensure kit pack quantities are accurate and prepare kits for First Piece Approval.

  • Accurately complete and maintain production and quality documentation, including labor reporting, QA forms, job tickets, and move tags.

  • Support production flow by facilitating the efficient and timely processing of work orders.

  • Inspect products for printing, die-cutting, laminating, and other defects that may impact quality.

  • Create and apply accurate product and packaging labels.

  • Operate material handling equipment and safely move materials and finished goods as needed.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all company policies and safety procedures.
