Full job description

A facility in Maine is seeking an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for scheduled locum tenens coverage with an option for ongoing rotations.

Position Details
  • Specialty: CRNA (Independent Practice)

  • Practice Model: All CRNA practice (no supervision)

  • Start Date: April 13, 2026

  • Schedule: Day shifts only

  • Hours: 7:00 AM 3:00 PM

  • Call: No weeknight or weekend call

  • Coverage Type: Scheduled shifts only

  • EMR: Cerner

  • Providers on Site: 2 CRNAs daily

Cases & Skills Required
  • Case Types: Endoscopy, GYN, General Surgery, Urology

  • Regional & Neuraxial (Required):

    • Spinals

    • Epidurals

    • Peripheral nerve blocks

  • Advanced Blocks Performed at Site:

    • TAP blocks

    • Rectus sheath blocks

    • QL blocks

    • Femoral & Adductor Canal blocks

    • Interscalene blocks

  • Case logs required (proof of epidurals, spinals, and blocks)

Facility Details
  • No CV, Cath Lab, IR, or Endo suites

  • OR count: N/A

  • Inpatient setting

Requirements
  • Active, unrestricted Maine CRNA license (required to apply)

  • Temps available while full credentialing is completed
