Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN) Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (PA/NP)

A growing OB/GYN practice on California’s Central Coast is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with surgical first-assist experience to join a collaborative Women’s Health team near Monterey.

Position Highlights:

• Join an established team of 7 OB/GYN Physicians , 1 NP, 1 Urogynecologist, 1 Urogynecology PA, and Gynecologic Oncology support
• Combination of outpatient OB/GYN, inpatient rounding, and surgical first assist
• First assist for gynecologic surgeries and cesarean deliveries
• Outpatient obstetrical and gynecologic care, including annual exams and same-day patient needs
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• 36 patient hours + 4 administrative hours
• No call
• Strong physician collaboration and support

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary: $158,000–$193,000
• Additional wRVU productivity compensation
• 30 days PTO
• CME: $2,000 + 5 days

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of Women’s Health experience beyond training
• NP or PA eligible for California licensure and hospital privileges
• Must meet medical staff criteria for surgical first assist
• Must be able to document at least 25 surgical assists within the previous 24 months
