A bit about us:

We are a large, privately owned orthopedic practice providing imaging, urgent orthopedic care, rehabilitation and surgical services throughout Connecticut. The organization has grown to more than 60 physicians across 20 locations while maintaining a focused specialty-care model.

Radiology is integrated directly into the patient’s orthopedic visit. You are not taking images without context and sending the patient into the hospital maze—you are helping an orthopedic team diagnose an injury and move the treatment plan forward.

This is an established organization with in-office X-ray, advanced imaging, physical therapy, walk-in orthopedic care and outpatient surgery. In other words, bones, joints and muscles are not one small department here. They are the entire point.

Why join us?

Sign-on bonus available for qualified candidates.
37.5-hour full-time schedule rather than the standard 40-plus-hour workweek.
Typical schedule is Monday through Friday.
Only one weekend rotation every five weeks, giving you predictable weekends most of the year.
Work in a dedicated outpatient orthopedic environment rather than moving between unrelated hospital departments.
Join an organization with in-office imaging, orthopedic urgent care, rehabilitation and surgical services under one specialty network.
New graduates are welcome, making this a strong opportunity to build orthopedic imaging experience.
Comprehensive medical, dental and vision insurance.
401(k) contributions to help build long-term retirement value.
Company-paid life insurance.
Generous PTO and paid holidays.
Mileage reimbursement when regional office coverage is required.
Uniform allowance to reduce your out-of-pocket work expenses.
Free parking—because paying to show up for work should not be another payroll deduction.
Training, professional-development opportunities and access to an Employee Assistance Program.
