Your New Role

• Perform residential electrical repairs, installations, and system upgrades in Rowlett, Texas

• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues involving panels, breakers, circuits, wiring, outlets, and lighting systems

• Install and replace electrical components according to NEC standards and local code requirements

• Communicate professionally with homeowners about repairs, recommendations, and service options

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Complete job documentation, invoices, and service records using company-provided technology

• Follow company safety procedures and electrical best practices

• Coordinate with team members to support customer needs and project completion

• Deliver high-quality workmanship and dependable customer service on every job

• High school diploma or GED

• Minimum 4 years of electrical experience in residential or commercial settings

• At least 1 year of residential service call experience required

• Journeyman electrician license preferred

• Strong knowledge of NEC standards and electrical safety practices

• Experience in troubleshooting and repairing residential electrical systems

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds

• Ability to climb ladders and work in confined spaces as needed

• Comfortable using electrical testing equipment and power tools

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus, but not required

• Flexibility to support customer scheduling needs
