Kitchen Manager | Requirements & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in restaurant leadership (Culinary team)
- Proven success leading restaurants generating $5M+ in annual sales
- Strong financial management, including labor, food, and controllable costs
- Demonstrated ability to build, coach, and retain high-performance teams
- Deep understanding of upscale dining, and guest relations
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
