Plastics Production Associate – All Shifts

Pay Range: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour

Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd

Position Overview

We are seeking motivated Plastics Production Associates to support daily manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, consistent routines, and contributing to a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor plastic molding and production equipment
• Inspect parts for quality and accuracy
• Perform basic machine adjustments and maintain a clean work area
• Package finished products and prepare materials for shipment
• Follow all safety guidelines and support overall production flow

Requirements

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
• Comfortable working any shift (1st, 2nd, or 3rd)
• Strong attention to detail and consistent attendance
• Willingness to learn and grow within the production environment
